Destin Beach House Rentals: Rates and Terms 2012

October 30th, 2011 - February 25th 12	$1,500/wk (Excludes Holiday Weeks)
Feb 26th - April 15th	$2,900/wk
Apr 16th - May 27th	$3,200/wk
May 28 - Aug 12th	$3,750/wk
Aug 13th - Sept 9th	$3,250/wk SPECIAL** $500 off advertised rate
Sept 10th - Oct 28th	$2,200/wk

Add 11% Fl Sales Tax and $250 cleaning fee.

General Terms:

1) The home general rents from Saturday to Saturday and accommodates up to 13 guests

2) There is absolutely no smoking or pets allowed

3) The primary renter must be over the age of 21 with a valid credit card in his/her name

4) Payment in full is due at time of booking, in which case the $100 reservation fee is waived. However, Tenant may be given the option to pay 50% down and 50% within 60 days from arrival, only if approved by the owner.
The $100 reservation fee will be charged when the 50% down option is approved.

5)If Tenant cancels the reservation, for any reason, 60 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival, they will forfeit 50% of the total rental amount. If
Tenant cancels the reservation less than 45 days prior to arrival they forfeit
the full rental amount.
