Located steps from the beach with more private parking than most homes in the area, the beautiful landscaping in front and private pool in back help provide a versatile family vacation.  Enter from the wrap-around porch into one of three convenient main floor entrances onto the beautiful new Brazilian cherry floors.  The home feels light and airy while maintaining an upscale yet cozy feel.  The lovely neutral living room furniture hides a queen sized sofa sleeper as well as a single bed ottoman sleeper.  One of the 5 flat-screen TV's are located in this comfortable gathering space.  A lovely dining area leads to the newly renovated kitchen, beginning with a granite breakfast bar and three bar stools.  The kitchen is outfitted with brand new stainless steel appliances, a gorgeous granite counter, marble back splash and modern lighting.  Stocked with dishes and cookware for your use, the kitchen is located across from the laundry room which houses a full sized washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and sheets for the convertible beds.

Only the best rental homes Destin offers have main floor king bedrooms for those not fond of stairs.  Ocean Ventures is no exception, with a cozy king room on the main floor across from the main floor full bathroom.  As you ascend the white-clad staircase to the upstairs, you will find a spacious master bedroom to the right with a large walk-in closet and bright master bath complete with double sinks and a jetted bathtub.  The master also has a door to gorgeous upstairs wrap around porches.  Down the hall is the hall bathroom and a cozy bunk room to the left that sleeps 4.  Across from the bunk room is a further beautiful king bedroom.

All the bedrooms have high-end pillow-top mattresses, 100% cotton sheets, soft pillows and sumptuous bedding.  All the bedrooms also have flat screen TV's.  We offer extras for the small guests such as a stroller, Pack-n-Play and high chair.  In most vacation rental homes Destin contains, few offer such amenities such as bicycles, barbecue, beach chairs and beach towels, but Ocean Ventures DOES!
